Shiga Kogen Snow Monkey Powder Weekend
I had a good time on the trip. The skiing was wonderful as we had fresh snow on the first day and everyone was in a good mood and really pumped to get out early. Furthermore, the other people were so much fun. I was thankful that I was placed in a room with other people who were traveling on their own. That made it much easier to make friends and find people to ski with. Everything was well organized and the guides were very attentive and helpful. When we arrived, our rental gear was already at the hotel and all we had to do was check it. The staff made it easy to renew our rental gear for Sunday if we chose to ski again (which I did). The party Saturday night was fun, too. I thought it was a good idea that they brought games along. The hotel and food weren't great, but that wasn't really what we were there for, so it wasn't such a problem.

Everything was well organized, I liked the party on Saturday. On Sunday I went to see the monkeys which was very interesting as well. Will repeat next year!

Shiga Kogen Snow Monkey Powder Weekend
I recently took the Shiga Kogen Snow trip and it was fantastic. Despite being alone, I was able to easily connect with others and make new friends. I took the snowboarding lesson, which was very useful, although there is not enough time to become an expert with just one morning lesson. However, the tips I received were enough to get me started on the slopes. I also visited the Monkey Onsen, which was a lovely experience. Overall, I would highly recommend this trip to anyone looking for a fun and enjoyable winter getaway.

Naeba Powder Weekend
the hostel location was really good. the hostel dinner was perfect and breakfast was average. it was 7 min walk to lift. leaders were supportive as well.
