Great trip with great people. Trip leaders were nice and helpful. Snow monkeys were very cute and I wish that we could stay longer in the monkey park and have a chance to get into the cafe. I suggest to separate 2 groups of people : snow monkey tour and whole day ski so that people who don’t ski on the next day do not need to depart so early and do not waste 3-4 hours waiting for the bus in the afternoon while skiers can enjoy full day ski. Portion of dinner and breakfast at the hotel was quite big and I was satisfied. I was also impressed with the starry night outside our hotel. Overall I am satisfied with the trip and looking forward to the next trip.

I enjoyed the trip and it was well organized this time. It’s too bad there were no onsen places and restaurants were quite limited in the Shigakogen area.

This was a good trip. The snow conditions were awesome. The hotel location was good. The rentals were okay. The main feedback I have is that both times I asked the guides a question, I got a different/wrong answer. This related to check out time on the last day, and the time that the rental shop personnel would be there on the first day. Also, I did not appreciate not being allowed to get a takeout coffee from the lovely coffee shop on the way back from the snow monkeys. The tour guide policed the area to keep people from stopping , mentioned numerous times how we were ***not allowed*** to stop, and was a bit weirdly triggered by the issue when I asked about it. You are not the “coffee police.” So I didn’t get my coffee, and then we rushed back to the hotel to….wait 3 more hours? Suggest building time into the itinerary for people who want to stop to get a coffee. Or, suggest saying you recommend getting take out only, and telling people the time they need to be back at the bus, thus treating people like adults, as they were for the rest of the trip. Not policing the front of the coffee shop, and mentioning that tour attendees are “not allowed” to stop, like 4 times. It was annoying. Thanks and keep up the good work in general guys!

It was a magical trip, seeing beautiful snow for the first time ever. Learning how to ski great lesson. The trip leaders Robin and Bunzo were so amazing and helpful. Snow monkeys just so wonderful to see them. An awesome experience of a lifetime so worth it!

It was a fun time with the Tokyo Snow Club. I had a lot of fun exploring the slopes of Hakuba and this was my first time snowboarding there as well. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Definitely looking forward to next year’s trip with TSC.

I had good moment in this trip, good arrangement for hotel that we didn't need to check out for the last day in the morning ,so we can have some times to relax and shower. I would suggest per 1 room should be around 3-4 ppl regarding to the room size.

I had an amazing time with Tokyo Snow Club on their ski trip for new year. The trip was well-organized, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the resort was beautiful - 2 ski resorts nearby. I met some awesome people along the way. The highlight of the trip was the new year's eve party, where we celebrated with music, drinks, and fireworks. It was a memorable trip, especially when we felt an earthquake on January 1. It was a bit scary, but also exciting and unforgettable. We all hugged and wished each other a happy new year. The trip was a great way to start 2024, and I would definitely recommend Tokyo Snow Club to anyone who loves snow, adventure, and good company. It was a trip of a lifetime, and I can't wait to go again next year.
