栂池高原雪の祭典
It was an amazing trip. Everybody was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice and right in front of the slope. Although it was cloudy, the snow was in good condition. I enjoyed it extremely.

It was so much fun! The slopes were so nice for beginners. Hotel location was also the best because exactly in front of the lifts. At night I had fun at the party and made new friends.

I gave it 3/5 stars only because of some of the setbacks I experienced on the tour, but overall I enjoyed myself. 1. I wasn't able to ski due to the rental equipment not fitting properly. It may be helpful to ask if someone has wide calves during the rental equipment process so that the person can have time to find other rental equipment, if needed. 2. It would've been nice to have been provided a list of activities/nearby attractions to enjoy outside of skiing/snowboarders (without having to ask). I think that this info could potentially be beneficial for those that do ski/snowboard to add more items into their weekend. 3. The lodging was conveniently located. However, there was a raunchy, nauseating smell. 4. The snow festival was canceled at the last minute, but that was outside of the tour company's control.

Trip was close one but really nice! the tour guide was really supportive and easy-going and helped us to keep good momentum among all of us! Totally recommended!

A really enjoyable trip to Tsugaike and Cortina. Well organised with clear communication throughout. The hotel was pretty basic and no onsen (despite booking page suggesting there was one) but everything else was great - including great people on the trip!

蔵王温泉樹氷祭り
Best powder snow ever in two winter seasons! I have never seen this much fatty snow monsters. The view from the lift near the top was absolutely amazing. Leader has lots of information about the slopes and where to grab a delicious lunch and dinner. (Yum yum) Zao onsengai is an another world. I felt like I was in “Sen to Chihiro” movie. I’m already looking forward to coming back to Zao next year. Hopefully with fireworks. Thanks to all the friendly Tokyo Snow Club staff to make our trip so much fun!

Tsugaike and Hakuba Cortina’s alps view was breathtaking. It made me feel like I was in Switzerland. There are many slopes for many levels at Tsugaike. My partner had so much fun during backcountry tour and still enjoyed going between trees in the green area where I had to stay. We also enjoyed Hakuba local draft beer every day after the snowboarding looking over a beautiful white world from the hotel window. Having a beer break, dinner, and party all at the same lovely hotel was so relaxing. An amazing singer definitely added more festivity to the party. Thank you, Tokyo Snow Club staff members for making every single tour family friendly, safe, and fun!

Trip was awesome as always. But really needs a toilet on the bus. I’m also willing to pay a little more for trip if we can get a bus with a toilet on it.
